Victoria Ibitoye is a trauma-informed Christian counselor who works with individuals, families, and groups. She has experience supporting clients navigating trauma, emotional regulation challenges, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use and recovery, relationship concerns, postpartum adjustment, and domestic violence.
Victoria recently earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has provided care across a variety of clinical settings serving diverse populations. Her therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based modalities including trauma-informed CBT, DBT skills, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic insight, and person-centered and emotion-focused therapies. She integrates biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual reflection when aligned with a client’s values and goals.
Victoria believes healing involves addressing both emotional and spiritual wounds. She is passionate about creating a compassionate, grounded space where clients can experience restoration, build self-awareness, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
