4-Week Group for High Schoolers Experiencing Stress & Strong Emotions
This group is for teens who are feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or the pressures of everyday life and want to learn healthy ways to cope in a safe, supportive environment.
Over four weeks, participants will learn practical, evidence-based skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, identify unhealthy thinking patterns, and respond to life's challenges with greater confidence.
Sessions are interactive, engaging, and grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness.
Our approach is rooted in sound psychological principles while also recognizing the hope and peace found in Christ. Every teen will be met with compassion, encouragement, and practical tools they can carry into everyday life.
Scripture reminds us:
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." — John 14:27
