An 8-Week Group on Consistency, Discipline, and Follow-Through

This group is for people who are tired of starting strong and losing momentum.

Over eight weeks, we’ll focus on building habits that translate into real follow-through — not motivation, hacks, or pressure.

The goal isn’t perfection.

The goal is becoming someone who trusts their own word.

This group is practical, structured, and adaptable. Content will be shaped in part by participant input so it meets people where they actually are — whether you feel stuck, inconsistent, or ready to maximize what you’re already doing.

You’ll leave with:

 

  • A clearer personal rhythm

  • Habits you can actually sustain

  • Increased confidence in your ability to do what you say you’ll do

  • Faith is integrated naturally and practically, without pressure or pretense.
