Mya earned her Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate emotional, spiritual, and personal challenges. With a person-centered and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach, Mya helps clients work through anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, identity concerns, trauma, and women’s issues.
Mya’s work is rooted in her faith in Christ, and she thoughtfully integrates biblical truth with clinical interventions to create a safe, nurturing space for healing. She believes in the power of Spirit-led care, compassionate presence, and gentle guidance to foster lasting transformation.
Whether supporting clients through life transitions or helping them rediscover their God-given identity and worth, Mya considers it an honor to walk with others on their journey toward hope, growth, and restoration.
