Johanna Echeverria

LCSW, CBC

Johanna Echeverria is dedicated to supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and neurodivergence, with a focused commitment to supporting those with ADHD and Autism. She helps clients better understand how their minds and bodies respond to stress, bringing clarity to areas that often feel overwhelming or difficult to manage.

Her approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with structured, skills-based support. For those who desire it, she also incorporates faith-informed perspectives, creating space for both clinical growth and spiritual grounding.

Johanna’s style is direct, compassionate, and practical. She focuses on helping clients move out of overwhelm and into greater stability, equipping them with tools to navigate daily life with more consistency, confidence, and self-awareness.

Her work is especially shaped by her understanding of neurodivergent experiences and the impact of chronic stress. She is committed to helping clients move from confusion and self-doubt into clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of direction.

Grounded in both clinical excellence and faith, Johanna’s work reflects the promise of Isaiah 41:10–12, supporting clients as they grow in strength, identity, and peace.
