A 6-Week Group for Women Recovering from or experiencing Domestic Abuse
This group is for women who are navigating the pain, confusion, and impact of domestic abuse and are seeking a safe place to process, heal, and find support.
Over the course of this group, we will create a confidential and supportive space where women can begin to understand the dynamics of abuse, process their experiences, and move toward safety and healing.
This group is structured, supportive, and biblically informed. Each session will gently address topics such as recognizing unhealthy relationship patterns, understanding the emotional and psychological effects of abuse, strengthening personal boundaries, and rebuilding a sense of safety and self-worth.
Our work together is grounded in sound biblical principles as well as psychology backed principles. We recognize that healing involves both the mind and the spirit, and we approach this group with compassion, wisdom, and care.
Scripture reminds us:
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1
Throughout this group, we will reflect on how God meets us in places of distress and how His strength becomes a refuge for those who are hurting.
You will leave this group with:
A greater understanding of abuse and its effects
Tools for establishing healthy boundaries
Support from women who understand and care
Renewed hope and confidence as you move toward healing and safety
