A 6-Week Group on Clarity, Confidence, and Relational Peace
This group is for people who feel stretched thin, overcommitted, or unsure how to say “no” without guilt.
Over six weeks, we’ll break down what healthy boundaries actually look like — not rigid walls, but clear limits that support your peace, relationships, and emotional well-being.
The goal isn’t becoming “hard.”
The goal is learning how to honor yourself without abandoning others.
This group is practical, freeing, and supportive. Content will reflect the real challenges participants bring — whether you struggle with people-pleasing, overgiving, or holding the line once you set it.
You’ll leave with:
A clearer understanding of what a boundary is
Tools for setting limits without guilt
More confidence in your ability to protect your peace
A healthier relationship with yourself and others
Faith is integrated naturally and authentically, grounding the process without pressure or shame.
