A 5-Week Group on Connection, Secure Attachment, and Relational Patterns
This group is for people who want to understand why they show up the way they do in relationships — and how to build healthier, more secure connections.
Over six weeks, we’ll explore attachment styles in a simple, relatable way, helping you recognize your patterns in friendships, dating, marriage, parenting, and community.
The goal isn’t perfection in relationships.
The goal is growing toward secure, steady connection.
This group is educational, reflective, and deeply practical. We’ll integrate real-life examples and participant experiences so the content speaks to your actual relational world — not just theory.
You’ll leave with:
Awareness of your attachment style
Tools for building secure, grounded connections
A clearer understanding of your emotional needs
More confidence in how you relate to others
Faith is woven in thoughtfully, highlighting God’s design for healthy relationships without pressure or idealism.
