Joanne Sciarrone-Mendez

CLINICAL INTERN

Joanne Sciarrone-Mendez is a graduate student at the New York Institute of Technology, currently serving as a high school social-emotional counselor. She specializes in supporting youth through anxiety, depression, and the stress of everyday life. With over a decade of experience as a leader in various church ministries—including worship, youth, chaplaincy, children’s Sunday school, and vacation Bible school—Joanne brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her counseling practice.

Joanne is dedicated to creating an open, safe, and healing environment that fosters both spiritual and emotional well-being. She combines Godly truths with therapeutic techniques to guide clients through their personal journeys, believing that true healing is a process best achieved through the restorative power of Jesus Christ. Joanne is committed to helping individuals uncover the hope, peace, freedom, and joy that are freely offered through Him.
